An Evangelistic Experiment
How might we help people who have no background in church explore Christian faith? How do we help connect the nine out of ten people who, according to research by Exeter University, have had some sort of spiritual experience, with the fullness of life Jesus offers?
'Table Talk' is a conversational game that creates an opportunity for you to get together with friends and explore the issues that really matter in life.
We are partnering with the Ugly Duckling company to provide a copy of 'Table Talk' for each of our participating churches to see how we might better connect in sensitive evangelism. In return, we ask churches to do the following:
- commit to run the course,'Table Talk' at least once during the next six months
- attend one of our specially arranged training evenings in June, 7:30-9:30pm (dates below)
- and, attend a review/story-sharing evening afterwards (date TBA, but around January 2014)
