50 days of good news

In 2016, Baptist Associations introduced the idea of 40 days of good news between Easter and Pentecost, when we can focus on finding new ways to show and tell the good news of Jesus.

In 2017 we have increased the number of days to 50!

50 days of good news will run from Easter Sunday to Pentecost, Sunday 16th April to Sunday 4th June.

2 Resources to help you celebrate good news

  1. We have several hundred of these fold out leaflets full of ideas you can use during the 50 days. Please contact office@webassoc.org.uk and we’ll send as many as you need.

2. An updated, expanded version of our ‘Animated Challenges’ series of video clips will be available on this page from the 11th April.

This year’s videos are available to view and share here as they are released. They can also be downloaded by going to our vimeo page (click the word vimeo in the bottom right hand corner). Each video is less than one minute long, and can be used in a church service alongside other encouragements to show and tell the good news of Jesus. After week 1 perhaps you could interview someone who’s been trying the challenges, or pray together for those who are attempting them. Regular recipients of WEBA update will receive new videos directly to their inbox; contact us if you’d like to join the mailing list.
