Clevedon Baptist Church are looking for a Youth and Children’s Ministry Team Leader to begin in September 2010.
Based in a coastal town centre, we are a large, growing church, with an established Youth & Children’s ministry.
We need a team player with a proven gifting and good communication & organisational skills:
  • To lead a team of 40+ volunteers, including training and development of the ministry area.
  • To lead and develop the established youth work ministry and further opportunities in local schools and community.
  • To oversee the existing children’s ministry with a view to developing a work with families.
Starting salary: £19,350. Initial 3 year contract.
