Chaplaincy Visiting in North Bristol

Please consider displaying the attached poster and promoting within your community the idea of Chaplaincy Volunteering in the Bristol hospitals.

As you will see from the poster, we are running a programme this autumn for people to explore volunteering as a ward visitor, meeting people in hospital who may or may not express a faith. New volunteers would become part of the Chaplaincy Teams at either North Bristol NHS Trust or the University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.

Your encouragement with this would be appreciated greatly.

While I am writing, may I also draw your attention to a different matter?  When you have a member of your community in hospital and they would wish chaplaincy support, please do give us a ring and let us know.  This will help to avoid the risk of a request not getting through to us.

 Yours sincerely,

 Stephen
