Pill Baptist Church is a community of people following Jesus and looking to share the Good News with the village of Pill and surrounding villages. We meet in a variety of expressions of church. A group of about 30 adults, young people and children meet monthly, usually on the second Sunday of the month, 4pm at the Pill Community Centre (Church Lane, Pill, BS20 0AE) for an informal, all-age, Cafe Church style gathering, as well as a monthly discipleship group on a Sunday evening in a home setting. We also have a group of 10-15 adults who meet each Sunday morning, 10.30-11.30 to worship on the premises of Millers Close Retirement Community (BS20 2DX) for a more traditional style of service, as well as running a Monday afternoon service 2.30 at Millers Close Day Centre, Pill, for ladies, called Women’s Bright Hour. ‘Together our aim is to glorify God as we seek to live increasingly Jesus-shaped lives and engage in his mission to the world.’ For more information please contact us. If you live in the local area and are interested in exploring following Jesus we’d love to hear from you!
