This freewill giving enables all the Regional Support provided by the WEBA team, and grants to WEBA churches and new missional communities, and also various forms of specialist support which are available across our Baptist Union.
Each month we try to share with our churches one example of what this giving is achieving. These news stories should appear in the right hand column of this page, and they’ll also be featured in our fortnightly email update.
It’s very important that WEBA churches understand how Home Mission works. Please get in touch with us if you’d like to arrange a Home Mission Sunday, with a visiting speaker who can share some of these stories.
You can also download videos to show in church from this collection on vimeo:

Four things to remember about giving to Home Mission:
- We rely on freewill giving from our churches to enable everything we do together as a network of Baptist Christians.
- If every church gives at least 5% of general income, we can look to a sustainable future
- The easiest way to give is by setting up a monthly standing order to HSBC sort code 40-19-35, account number 21225529
- It’s important that your fellowship understands what this giving is for. Contact the WEBA office to arrange a Home Mission Sunday with a visiting speaker.
“In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now”
