Renew Wellbeing: The Sanctuary Course

As part of our WEBA Wellbeing Week, Renew Wellbeing and WEBA would like to share with you a resource that we hope will help us all broaden our understanding of wellbeing in our church families and in our communities.

The Sanctuary Course is available to WEBA churches free of charge and is designed to help churches, small groups, pastoral teams and individuals deepen their understanding of wellbeing.

 

 

Who’s The Sanctuary Course for?

People with questions about mental health
Leaders who want to engage their community in mental health conversation
People supporting loved ones with mental health problems
People living with mental health problems

The Sanctuary Course is for anyone who wants to learn about faith and mental health. It requires no previous training or expertise—just a willingness to engage in dialogue with other believers.

How does it work?

The Sanctuary Course is a small group study that runs over 8 weeks, taking participants on a journey of discussing faith and mental health in community.
